The investments of the Fund will be predominantly in, but not restricted to, companies that have their domicile, incorporation or primary listing in Europe or which are listed elsewhere but derive a substantial proportion of their revenue or profits from investments or business conducted in or with Europe. Europe will for this purpose include the member states of the EU, the EEA and Switzerland, Turkey and non-EU/EEA member states in Eastern Europe. |
