EFG Asset Management (UK) Limited (EFGAM UK), a 100% owned subsidiary of EFG International AG (EFGI), is an international provider of actively managed and high conviction investment products to financial intermediaries and institutional investors worldwide. Established in 1994 as a division of EFG Private Bank, EFGAM UK was incorporated as a separate legal entity in England and Wales on 28 September 2010, while still enjoying the benefits of being part of a major international private banking group. We offer clients a full range of investment offerings, including traditional Equity, Fixed Income, Multi-asset and Alternatives strategies. Our experienced investment professionals are based in London, Zurich, Geneva, Lugano, Hong Kong, Singapore, Portland (Oregon) and Miami, managing approximately $29 billion on behalf of clients as of December 2020.
New Capital is EFGAM’s fund arm. Its focus is on active management with funds that seek to beat their benchmarks across all major asset classes as well as thematic strategies. We make investment decisions based on sound analysis of the opportunities available, not on whether a security is included in a benchmark index. EFGAM does not have an investment style bias. We have a macro framework that sets guidelines for our managers and helps them to identify opportunities, while leaving them the flexibility to add alpha. In addition, Risk Management and Environmental Social Governance (ESG) are important pillars to our investment process, within the confines of being an active manager.
EFGI is a global business based in Switzerland and serves clients all over the world, with around 40 different locations spanning every time zone. The firm is listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange in Zurich.
